Extend Windows 7 Trial Period From 30 to 120 Days

Go to  Start menu —-> Command Prompt and then right-click it and choose “Run as administrator”
Type  command “slmgr -rearm” (without the quotes) then press enter
A dialog box will then appear informing you that the command you entered successfully completed
The reboot your system

Microsoft made 36 changes to Windows 7

Among the changes  highlighted were

10 affecting the Window 7 desktop,
four to the operating system’s new touch-sensitive features,
another four to the Control Panel
and eight to Windows Media Player.
